Request deletion
In Xóm Ơi open Me → Settings → Request account deletion and confirm. You can also email oderynstudio@gmail.com from your account email with “Delete my Xóm Ơi account” in the subject. We may verify that you control the account. Never send a password or one-time code by email.
Immediate seal and 30 days to cancel
Your account is sealed immediately and its listings and posts are hidden. Signing in does not cancel the request. Within 30 days, open the deletion screen, enter your password and tap Cancel deletion request to restore the account. After 30 days, erasure runs and the account cannot be restored.
Erased data
We erase sign-in details, sessions, profile and avatar, listing and post content, photo files, verified area, push tokens, notifications, your block list and personal purchase and benefit grant records. We remove your memberships, join requests and group-message text. Groups you created are closed, but their title and description remain for members. Events you created are cancelled and their meeting place is deleted, but the title remains. Uninstalling the app or clearing local storage alone does not erase server data. Cancel any Google Play Pro subscription separately in Google Play.
Anonymised and retained records
Your 1:1 chat text remains in the other person’s thread with your account ID. Your profile name becomes “—” and the photo is removed; message text is not redacted. Trade-review comments are cleared, while ratings remain. Reports, group bans and moderation records remain tied to your account ID, with no set end date. Listing IDs remain tied to your account ID to prevent link reuse. Photo proof rows retain account ID, storage key, hash and source URL after the files are removed so late files can still be deleted; these rows are personal records. A deletion receipt and account ID remain; its status link expires 30 days after completion. Records required by law may also be retained.
