Operator and eligibility
Xóm Ơi is operated by ODERYN for people aged 18 or over. Use one account with truthful information, protect your sign-in credentials and do not spoof your location for neighbourhood verification. Contact oderynstudio@gmail.com.
Listings and local transactions
Neighbours can list secondhand goods, chat and organise groups. Buyers and sellers arrange inspection, meeting and payment directly. ODERYN does not hold transaction funds or guarantee a private trade. Describe goods honestly, avoid prohibited or counterfeit goods, meet safely and do not publish a home address.
Ads and Android paid features
The Android home feed includes Google AdMob native ads. Local shop ads use the distance between your verified area center and the shop’s verified area center, within a campaign radius of 500–5000 m; displayed distance is rounded to 100 m and area names need not match. Shop profiles can show a phone number, Zalo ID, hours and photo; Call and Zalo buttons open the contact details. Ad impressions and clicks are recorded with your account ID. Optional Android purchases through Google Play Billing are listing bumps (“Đẩy tin”), local shop ad credits and a Pro dealer subscription. Prices and subscription terms appear in Google Play before purchase; Google handles payment, subscription management and refunds under its rules. Deleting the app or your account does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription. iOS has no in-app purchases. The current test period is a free preview of digital extras, with no real charges. Any later paid purchase will show its price and terms in Google Play before confirmation.
Conduct, reports and ending use
Do not harass, scam, impersonate others, post illegal or exploitative content, or misuse the service. Use the in-app report and block controls or contact support. We may remove content or restrict accounts for violations. You can request account deletion at Me → Settings → Request account deletion or by email; see the deletion instructions. Signing in does not cancel a request; within 30 days, enter your password on the deletion screen and tap Cancel deletion request. Material changes will be dated and announced in the app. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force.
