Service and responsibility
DANGOL is store-management software developed by ODERYN Studio. It supports inquiries, bookings, customers, assignments, receipts, reviews and daily closing. The store supplies its own services and is responsible for its customer promises, prices and lawful use of personal information. Contact: oderynstudio@gmail.com.
Accounts and permissions
Use an account assigned to you and keep credentials secure. Store owners manage access and must remove access when staff responsibilities change. Do not bypass permissions, impersonate another person or upload information you are not entitled to process.
Booking and operational records
Public booking submissions are inquiries until the store confirms availability. Check service duration, staff qualifications, room or facility capacity and customer details before confirming. Completing a reservation and recording an actual payment are separate actions.
Payments and external services
DANGOL records payments, approvals, refunds and closing information supplied by the store; it is not a bank, card processor or a guarantee that money has moved. Optional AI, Zalo and other integrations have their own configuration, terms and possible charges. The store must review AI drafts and obtain appropriate permissions before sending customer information or messages.
Records, corrections and continuity
Use the supported approval and reversal workflows; do not alter the database to bypass immutable ledgers. Keep suitable exports and backups, and plan for internet or provider interruptions. Ending a staff account does not erase required business history. Any paid setup, support or service-level commitment must be agreed separately.
Misuse, disputes and rights
We may restrict misuse or unauthorized access and help investigate a reported technical issue. Customer-service and payment disputes remain with the store and relevant providers or authorities. These terms do not exclude mandatory legal rights or liabilities. Updates will be posted with a revised date.
