Ví Ơi has no account
The current Ví Ơi app does not require an account or synchronize your ledger with ODERYN. There is no ODERYN cloud ledger account to close. To remove a single record, use the app’s record controls. To remove all local information, use the app’s delete-all-data control, clear app storage in Android Settings, or uninstall the app. On iPhone, use the app’s delete-all-data control or delete the app.
What local deletion removes
Deleting all local data removes recorded transactions, wallets, categories, budgets, debts, settings and locally saved AI keys. This cannot be undone without a copy you kept elsewhere. Review what you want to preserve before deleting. It also removes portfolio holdings and the Finnhub key, and turns off Drive auto-backup.
What needs a separate deletion
CSV exports outside the app, shared messages, support emails and requests already received by an AI provider are not deleted by clearing the app. Delete exported files yourself and use the receiving provider’s account controls or support for its copies. Removing an API key does not erase past AI requests.
Backups outside the app
Deleting app data does not remove backups. For Google Drive backups (Plus), choose to delete the Drive backups when you disconnect Drive in Ví Ơi, or open Google Drive on the web › Settings › Manage apps › Ví Ơi › Delete hidden app data. Device backups follow your Google or Apple backup settings; on iPhone, manage iCloud Backup in Settings › [your name] › iCloud. Delete saved .vioi, Excel and PDF files yourself.
Information sent to ODERYN
For feedback or support data you sent us, email oderynstudio@gmail.com with ‘Ví Ơi — Data deletion request’. Identify the email or request to remove. Do not attach your ledger or a password. We will confirm the applicable data and outcome; clearing local storage does not withdraw a sent email.
