For Xóm Ơi help, email oderynstudio@gmail.com. Include Android or iOS, the app version, approximate time and a brief description. Remove private details from screenshots. Never send passwords, one-time codes, payment credentials or identity documents.
Sign-in, area and safety
Xóm Ơi uses email and password; Google and Sign in with Apple appear when enabled. Phone sign-in is currently disabled. On iOS, Google appears only with Sign in with Apple. For area verification, enable location and try again on a real device; Android uses Play Integrity and iOS verification depends on App Attest support. Report listings, posts or users in the app, or email support with a content identifier. Do not forward illegal images.
Purchases and account deletion
The current test period is a free preview of digital extras, with no real charges. Any later paid purchase will show its price and terms in Google Play before confirmation. Optional paid features are available through Google Play Billing on Android only; manage subscriptions and refund requests in Google Play. To delete your account, use Me → Settings → Request account deletion or email oderynstudio@gmail.com. Signing in does not cancel a request; within 30 days, enter your password on the deletion screen and tap Cancel deletion request. The deletion page explains the process.
