Email oderynstudio@gmail.com with “자재온 — Consultation”. Briefly describe your business, the number of people who need access, the current BOM or stock workflow and the problem you want to solve. Do not send confidential BOMs, prices or customer information for an initial inquiry.
Technical help
Include the version, Windows version, whether you use the production or practice workspace, the operation and the error text. Share a redacted screenshot or a small synthetic example where possible. Make a backup before an upgrade or recovery operation; support should not require you to publish a database.
Data and user access
Ask your company administrator about employee accounts, data exports and internal records. For information already sent to ODERYN, use https://oderyn.com/en/jajaeon/delete-account. A consultation link on the ODERYN website opens your email draft; nothing is sent until you send it.
