Purpose and availability
자재온 helps a company manage BOMs, stock, purchasing and project material movements. The Windows release uses a local workspace; internal-network sharing can be configured separately. Company responsibility
Use the software only for data you are entitled to process. Your company appoints an administrator, manages employee permissions and informs people whose information it records. Do not share administrator credentials or expose the local server directly to an untrusted network.
Review before acting
Check imported Excel mappings, quantities, units, prices and dates before confirming a business action. Recommendations and reports depend on the entered records and do not verify physical stock, a supplier's promise, tax treatment or a payment. Drafts and internal handoffs do not automatically send an external purchase order.
Records and backups
Keep appropriate backups before upgrades, restoration or workspace removal. Production and practice data are separate. Export necessary records before ending use and apply your company's retention duties. Changes to immutable business records must use the supported correction workflow.
Support, limitations and rights
Report issues with the version and a reproducible example that avoids unnecessary personal data. Availability and results depend on the company's PC, network and data quality. Any implementation or support commitment must be agreed separately; no savings amount, universal hardware compatibility or response-time guarantee is made here. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
