Scope and responsibility
자재온 is ODERYN Studio's materials and purchasing software. This notice describes the Windows local version and optional internal-network sharing. The company using the software decides which employee, supplier and business information to enter, who can access it and how long to retain it. Privacy and product contact: oderynstudio@gmail.com.
Information in your workspace
The local workspace can contain company and user names, login identifiers and password hashes, roles and access records; supplier contacts; BOM and Excel source rows; inventory, quotes, orders, receipt and issue records; project notes, supporting documents and audit history. The program also writes local diagnostic and startup logs. Avoid adding personal information that is unrelated to the work.
Where it is stored
The Windows version keeps its database, settings, files and backups in the workspace and backup locations chosen by your company. Production and practice workspaces are separate. Ordinary local use does not automatically upload your business database to ODERYN. In internal-network mode, authorized colleagues access the selected server PC and share that workspace.
Access and sharing
Access depends on the user account and assigned role. Your company controls the server PC, user accounts, network and access to exported files. Excel, PDF or other exported documents and backup copies are outside the app's access controls after they are saved or shared. Using an external backup folder or cloud drive subjects those copies to the chosen provider's settings.
Retention, correction and deletion
Your company sets retention for its workspace, audit history and backups. Disabling a user or uninstalling program files does not necessarily erase business records or the data and data-demo folders. Some transaction and audit records are retained to preserve the integrity of the business record; corrections follow the supported workflow. Request access, correction or removal through your company's administrator. ODERYN cannot remotely erase a database it does not hold.
Support information and optional hosting
If you email ODERYN, we receive the message, reply address and attachments you choose to send for the purpose of handling the request. Send redacted screenshots or diagnostic details before sending a whole database. A separately agreed hosted environment or support transfer requires its own confirmed data location, access and retention arrangements; it is not part of the default local data flow.
Security and your choices
Protect the server PC and backups, use individual accounts, limit internal-network access and test restoration before relying on a backup. A local installation is not a promise of absolute security. For personal data you sent directly to ODERYN, request access, correction or deletion at the support address. Updates to this notice will be dated here.
