Service and eligibility
Ink & Glow, developed by ODERYN Studio, connects adults aged 18 or over with tattoo, piercing, nail, lash, brow and lip/PMU artists. It provides discovery, consultation, quotes, booking records, aftercare information and community features. Available features depend on the version and service environment. Your account and content
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and share only content you have the right to use. Do not impersonate someone, harass others, post unlawful content, exploit the service or attempt unauthorized access. You retain rights to your content and allow it to be processed and displayed as needed for the features you choose.
Quotes, bookings and direct payment
A booking follows acceptance of an artist's quote and agreement to the displayed cancellation policy. Check the procedure, price, deposit, remaining amount, time, location and account holder before confirming. Payment is made directly to the artist at the studio or into the artist's own bank account. Ink & Glow does not hold deposits, operate escrow or move or refund money. A displayed transfer status is a record, not a bank guarantee.
Artists, procedures and health
Artists are responsible for their services, permissions, hygiene, qualifications, quoted terms and lawful handling of customer information. A platform badge or document comparison is not a government licence or a guarantee of quality or safety. Guests should ask the artist about suitability and procedure risks. General aftercare information and try-on previews do not replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Cancellation, returns and disputes
The artist's cancellation window is shown before booking. Any return of money is made directly by the artist; the app records the request and confirmations. Keep your quote and booking reference when raising a dispute. Support can review reports and take action on content or accounts, but does not transfer money or decide a bank dispute. Community, availability and rights
Reviews must reflect an actual experience and incentives must be disclosed where requested. We may restrict misuse or remove content after review; contact support to contest a decision. Availability can change or be interrupted, so keep copies of important booking records. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Changes will be posted with an updated date.
