Ví Ơi is a personal ledger app developed under the ODERYN Studio brand and offered through Google Play and the App Store. Core features are free; some features are part of the paid Ví Ơi Plus. Features may change with updates. Developer contact: oderynstudio@gmail.com.
Use with care
Use the app lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, exploit a vulnerability, impersonate others, distribute malware or submit abusive or unlawful content. You retain your rights to your content; only share content you are entitled to provide. Report a security issue privately to support.
Ví Ơi Plus and payment
Ví Ơi Plus is sold as a lifetime purchase (one payment) and a yearly subscription, at the price shown on the purchase screen and in Google Play or the App Store. Payment is handled by Google Play on Android and the App Store on iPhone; ODERYN never receives your card or payment details. Logging, CSV export and manual backup stay free.
Yearly renewal and cancelling
The yearly subscription renews and is charged to the same store account every year until you cancel. Cancel before the renewal date in Google Play’s Subscriptions or your Apple ID subscription settings and you will not be charged for the next period; Plus stays on until the paid period ends. On iPhone, cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds and withdrawal
Refunds follow the policy and process of the store you bought from: a Google Play refund request, or Apple’s reportaproblem.apple.com. ODERYN cannot cancel store payments itself, but please tell us if something is wrong. These terms do not limit any right of withdrawal or refund that the law gives you. Because Plus is digital content delivered as soon as you pay, where the law allows, the right of withdrawal may end once you start using Plus features. If Plus is not as described or does not work, you can ask for withdrawal or a refund as the law provides.
Restoring purchases
After changing phones or reinstalling, tap “Restore purchases” in Ví Ơi with the same store account. Google Play purchases do not carry over to iPhone, and App Store purchases do not carry over to Android.
Your data and backups
Your ledger is stored on your phone, not by ODERYN. Keep the backups you need: if a phone is lost or the app is deleted without a backup, ODERYN cannot recover the data. These terms do not limit consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy, stopping and changes
Read Ví Ơi’s privacy policy and deletion guide. You can stop using and delete the app at any time; cancel a yearly subscription separately in the store. Data you already shared with others or with outside services may need to be requested from them. Important changes are dated and announced in the relevant version.
A personal ledger
Ví Ơi is not a bank, payment service or financial adviser. Figures are your records, not a verified bank balance. AI output can be wrong; review entries before saving and do not treat suggestions as professional financial advice. Optional AI providers may charge your own API key under their terms. Coin and stock prices and portfolio values come from outside public sources such as Coinbase, CoinGecko and Finnhub, are for reference only and may be delayed or wrong. Ví Ơi does not give investment recommendations or advice.
