Delete in the app
Open Mình Ơi, go to Settings → Delete account and confirm. The request hides your profile, revokes sign-in sessions and starts removal of photos and associated data. Server cleanup can continue after the app signs you out; some retained safety and business records require separate handling. Cancel any Core subscription in Google Play separately, if you have one; account deletion does not cancel a store subscription.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot open the app, email oderynstudio@gmail.com with ‘Mình Ơi — Data deletion request’ in the subject and the phone number or sign-in method you used. You do not need to reinstall the app. We will ask only for what is needed to verify the request and will confirm when deletion is complete.
What is deleted and what is kept
The process removes active access and starts erasing profile-related and media information. Previously sent messages can be kept in a separate safety record linked to the deleted account and recipient for later reporting. Deletion receipts, account identifiers, open report evidence, abuse-prevention information and necessary purchase records may also remain. These records are not automatically anonymous, and the current process must not be read as immediate deletion of all messages or all backups. Request the remaining scope through support; we will explain the reason and period for information that needs to be retained and confirm the outcome.
