Customers: request from your store
Open the privacy link on the store's public booking page and choose deletion, correction, access or consent withdrawal. Provide the contact used for the booking so the store can match your records. You can also contact the store directly. You do not need a DANGOL staff account to submit a request.
Verification and the current erasure scope
The store owner verifies a request by an appropriate method, such as an existing contact channel, phone call or in-person check, before using customer erasure. The current flow deletes matched customer rows, clears specified names, contacts, original conversation text and notes in bookings, and removes associated inbox items where matched. Booking totals and operational history can remain. Payment and receipt snapshots, immutable ledgers, privacy-request records and backups require separate review; this flow does not promise complete erasure of every copy.
Staff accounts and store closure
Ask the store owner to remove your staff access. For owner-account closure or removal of a whole store workspace, email oderynstudio@gmail.com with the store identifier and request. Ownership, pending business records, exports and any required retention must be reviewed before workspace removal. Disabling access does not cancel the store's appointments or refund customer payments.
Contact without the app
Email oderynstudio@gmail.com with “DANGOL — Data deletion request”, the store name and the type of request. Do not send a password, OTP or a whole customer database. We will route the request to the appropriate responsible party, verify only what is needed and explain the result and any records that must be retained.
